Job Accountabilities of Lead FCSL Integration Engineer:

Responsible to lead, coordinate, develop and integrate an over-arching Falling Caspian Sea Level (FCSL) strategy up to 2050 on behalf of NCOC organization.
• Focus on the management and support FCSL Projects including integration of best practices, procedures, and technology required to ensure success of strategic FCSL initiatives.
• Support FCSL Business Opportunity Manager (BOM) to facilitate strategy development and execution in FCSL Steering Committee on weekly basis.
• Ensure full alignment of FCSL strategies and plans with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively contribute and support FCSL BOM and FCSL Steering Committee in important decision-making.
• Strong collaboration with Project Managers, Activity Owners, Action Owners and relevant stakeholders to provide support in progressing FCSL Projects through the stages/phases.
• Responsible in keeping all stakeholders focused on the real FCSL issues that have the greatest potential for creating value and by infusing integration efforts with the necessary momentum.
• Support FCSL Steering Committee to identify synergies, opportunities, threats and risks related to overall FCSL strategy.
• Assist FCSL BOM and FCSL Steering Committee to resolve interdepartmental conflicts.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation plans to effectively manage FCSL threats and risks while at the same time maximizing synergies.
• Influence FCSL BOM, FCSL Steering Committee and other stakeholders in FCSL strategy development and execution.
• Act as key liaison with all relevant stakeholders to enable successful development, execution and delivery of FCSL Projects.
• Develop engagement strategy and facilitate engagement sessions with Senior Leaders, Co-Ventures, Regulators etc.
• Manage the expectations and needs of each stakeholder in order to ensure successful delivery of key business strategic initiatives with regards to FCSL.
• Develop FCSL Projects and strategy presentations to NCOC top management, Senior Leaders, Co-Ventures, Regulators etc.
• Coordinate strategy and information sharing within FCSL Steering Committee.
• Dissemination of FCSL Project updates to all necessary parties within Company and external stakeholders.
• Deliver any other task that is given by Logistics Growth Projects Support Delivery Manager and POD-OL Management.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a technical discipline;
• Minimum of 6 years general technical experience during which time roles shall include integrating business strategic initiatives, core processes and interfaces across complex organization;
• Knowledge and experience in full-cycle project management;
• Oil and gas industry project execution experience from bid preparation/review to closeout;
• Scheduled progress and budget reporting;
• Organization and coordination of project activities;
