Responsibilities:

• Department work coordinating, team leading;

• Supporting the new projects, in accordance with the company needs;

• Controlling and preparing documents for the finance, procurement, and other departments in order to support smooth operations;

• Working with the external partners;

• Monitoring of the delivery schedules, spare deliveries, support AOG cases;

• Reports preparation, analytics work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in logistics;

• More than 5 years in logistics and customs clearance;

• Previous aviation experience is preferable;

• Communication skills, Strategic Vision etc.

• Accuracy. Attentiveness. responsibility;

• English - Upper-intermediate
