• MUST BE UNDERSTANDING TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION; WORK WITH: WORK PACKAGES; AMP; AMM; MRB; MPD; AD; SB; MEL; IPC etc.; CARRY OUT WORK PACKAGES; PLANNING THE MAINTENANCE PROCESS; ENTRY TECHNICAL LOGBOOKS OF AIRCRAFTS AND EQUIPMENTS AND ENGINES.
• Manage the maintenance and refurbishment content of the work order from initial receipt to aircraft departure/project completion;
• Manage aircraft input with creating project plans, setting milestones, prepare status reports and issue aircraft documentation;
• Monitor and communicate both internally and externally about the aircraft work in progress to the CA & MD;
• Oversee, mentor, develop and assess Team Members;
• Prepare Maintenance Software project and work package and work orders as per quote or requested by customer;
• Printout all required documents as per latest revision for Due Maintenance and Defect Rectifications as per quote or requested by customer;
• Identify critical tasks;
• Identify material/parts and communicate Ship Shop Ship items and slot reservations to Purchasing. Department if required for maintenance input;
• Organize and participate pre‐input/incoming and status meetings;
• Responsible to check the closed work orders in Maintenance Software, sign off of closed work orders and check task card sign off for correctness;
• Responsible to check and file all required documents to the correct workorders and /or documents received during project from the hangar;
• Update the logbook releases for Airframe, APU and Engines during project in order that the logbook releases are ready when the aircraft departs.
• Prepare Techlog Release for signature from Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor/Leader/certifying staff;
• Issue final WO Summary;
• Cross check and prepare the workpackage after aircraft departure prior handover for Close up process;
• Perform Duty as requested or required.

• Bachelor or equivalent, preferably Aeronautical Engineer Master/Bachelor Degree;
• Candidates will ideally have 2 years’ experience in airline maintenance operations department and high understanding of work process of Tehnical Department; Technical Documentations; Aviation Maintenance Softwares, with an analytical and process‐focused mind;
• Work with Technical Documentation Softwares;
• Ms Office; Excel-Advanced; Aircraft Maintenance Softwares (Candidates must demonstrate experience in IT systems to support reliability program in aviation industry);
• Kazakh,Russian (fluent); English(Advanced, Aviation English);
• Responsible; Ready to learn; quick learner; able to work in team; able to understand technical documentation

• 4/4 work schedule (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)
