Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial aviation and at least 5 years of experience in safety management;
• Training at an aviation training center in the field of safety management;
• Training in the aviation training center in the field of aviation legislation;
• Experience in a managerial position;
• Analytic skills.

Key Accountabilities:

• Report to the Director of Safety Management on all SMS related matters;
• Substitute the Head of the Flight Safety Management Department during his absence.
• Implement programs within the SMS in all operational activities of the Company.
• Assist the Head of the Safety Management Department in developing and maintaining the human resource planning required to implement an SMS.

• Develop and maintain an annual budget required to maintain the SMS for approval by the Head of Safety Management.

• Ensure that the SMS is always ready to conduct audits.

• Conduct safety audits, inspections and investigations in all operational areas of the Company with unrestricted access to all operational documentation.

• Develop all SMS related documentation and ensure that the documentation is submitted to the supervisor for approval.

• Provide assistance to all heads of operations departments in the development and implementation of SMS training.

• Maintain the level of their competencies through regular and additional training required to perform their functions.

• Advise the Company's management on matters related to safety management;

• Prepare written reports related to the development and maintenance of the SMS and ensure that these reports are electronically retained.

• Manage the process for taking corrective actions necessary to minimize the risks identified through the operational personnel safety reporting system, ensuring that the risk is assessed and actions are taken.

• Assess the possible impact of the results of supervisory and other external audits on other types of production activities of the Company, ensuring that effective measures are taken to minimize risks.

• Take measures to form and promote a fair safety culture and culture of communicating safety threats in the Company.

• Identify and inform the Director of the Safety Management Department about negative trends in flight safety.

• Maintain the level of their competence, allow to perform the function for the damage of the Director of the Flight Safety Management Department and take responsibility when necessary.

• Projects are being implemented as directed by the Director of the Flight Safety Management Department.

• Maintain close interaction with the use of compliance control methods, show compliance control methods, safety control methods.

• Ensuring effective implementation of IOSA safety-related standards on a daily basis

• Together with the heads of operations departments, ensure that the effectiveness of corrective actions taken following the assessment of security risks is monitored.

• Ensure that human factors are taken into account in the development and implementation of safety management procedures and processes.

• Ensure full integration of the SMS components into the Company's operations and its ongoing compliance with the Company's and regulatory requirements. Implement a safety training program to ensure that Company personnel are trained and competent to perform their duties in accordance with the SMS.
