• Ensure integrity of documents and data through liaison with internal and external teams, including commercial and engineering teams, suppliers, vendors and manufacturers;
• Ensure documentation and data updates are appropriately managed, including any notifications of changes to drawings and engineering;
• Document and verify publications before ensuring timely distribution and publication according to organizational and regulatory policies;
• At group level, support the compliance and engineering departments by ensuring all technical materials are appropriately maintained and managed;
• Define and develop information management protocols, workflow processes and approvals under the guidance of the CAMO Manager, Line Maintenance Manager, Technical Services Manager and other relevant stakeholders;
• Disseminate library processes and procedures;
• Support and train colleagues with library access;
• Participate in preparation and conduct of internal and external library audits;
• Address non-conformance issues, reporting and managing both corrective and preventative measures;
• Manage certification and subscription services;
• Be point of contact for all technical library inquiries;
• Responsible for all administrative issues of the department.

• Education: Bachelor degree;
• Experience: not required;
• Key skills: understanding aviation technical documentation
• Computer skills - advanced user; Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of English - Intermediate level
