Обязанности:

• Manage and oversees a variety of Logistics civil engineering deliverables in accordance with Company Project Management Standard/Process, which include conceive, design, build, supervise, operate, construct and maintain onshore and offshore Logistics infrastructure projects for Growth Projects and Logistics Projects.
• Manage and oversees a variety of Logistics naval architect and Marine engineering deliverables in accordance with Company Project Management Standard/Process, which include develop, analyse, review, approve, operate, supervise and maintain approve the design provided by designers/contractors.
• Plan, allocate and direct technical engineers to working on specific projects.
• Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of complex designs and solutions.
• Supervises the issue of civil engineering and naval architect deliverables in accordance with Company Project Management Standard/Process.
• Lead project planning definition by providing engineering milestones and requirements. Monitor the progress and performance against the plan.
• Ensures that Logistics civil engineering and naval architect activities are compliant with project milestones. Alerts project management in case of unforeseen variation and suggests mitigation measures.
• Evaluates and supports changes that substantially impacts the scope, budget or schedule of the projects. Consults with Logistics Growth Projects Support Delivery Manager before making final decision.
• Supervises the Logistics Engineering Team to properly interface with other project members and internal Logistics teams in POD-OL.
• Contributes to Project reporting for the Logistics engineering part (activities, quantities, budget, areas of concern, risks management and etc.).
• Initiates Value engineering and best practice.
• Responsible to provide full support and technical engineering expertise to internal Logistics team in POD-OL and other stakeholders (where applicable) in development of Logistics strategies, resources identification and resources sourcing in order to maximize synergies.
• Deliver any other task that is given by Logistics Growth Projects Support Delivery Manager and POD-OL Management.

Требования:

• BSc and/or MSc degree in Civil Engineering, Naval Architect or other relevant technical discipline;
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in management of Logistics Projects, Logistics Engineering / Operations, Logistics Infrastructure, Naval Architect and Marine Engineering.
• Demonstrable and clear understanding of NCOC Project Management Standard/Process.
• Demonstrable and clear understanding of HSE requirements for the control of construction and infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 6 years management experience in similar projects in Kazakhstan and/or other parts of the Former Soviet Union
• Experience in leading a multi-cultural team and contractors staff
• Experience of operating in an isolated, multi-cultural environment.
