Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

• Theoretical/academic knowledge in safety & quality assurance in aviation;
• Degree in aviation field;
• IOSA auditor course and knowledge of IOSA requirements;
• At least 15 years of broad professional experience in different roles in aviation;
• Exposure in handling of Air Operators certification (AOC) and IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA).
• Knowledge of Russian and English (English - professional level, Russian - middle level).

Key Accountabilities

• Defining strategic priorities in Compliance Monitoring;
• Development of competences and trainings on Compliance Monitoring;
• Audits;
• Risk Management;
• Management of health and environment safety and industrial safety (HSE and IS);
• Management of key internal and external relationship;
• Personnel management and development.
