RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop course programs and educational process plans based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for E&M department employees and ATС interns.
  • Organize and conduct training and examinations for students in accordance with the "Training and Examination Standards" outlined in the "Maintenance Organization Exposition" (MTOE KZ), for courses approved by the Civil Aviation Committee (CAC) for ATC.
  • Conduct training sessions for attendees both in-class and online.
  • Create and conduct practical training programs for different types of aircraft.
  • Develop course programs that meet the requirements of EASA Part 145, EASA Part 147, and CAC of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Compile tests and exams in accordance with the "Training and Examination Standards" provided in the "Maintenance Organization Exposition and Engineering Procedures Manual" (MOE and EPM); "Maintenance Organization Exposition" (MTOE - Part 147), approved by EASA and CAC; and "Maintenance Organization Exposition" KZ-RK; (MTOE KZ-RK), approved by CAC.
  • Develop and conduct training programs on aircraft types, including theoretical and practical elements, training plans, course programs, and practical training programs.
  • Organize training in accordance with approved training plans, course programs, and practical elements.
  • Conduct examinations in accordance with the "Standards for Training and Examination by Aircraft Type" indicated in MTOE-147 and MTOE-KZ-RK.
  • Monitor student performance and attendance, fill out "Attendance Forms".
  • Assess and analyze student responses, collect feedback through "Student Course Evaluation" and detail any discrepancies in examination results or the training process.
  • Regularly update courses, making changes to programs and course content based on new information.

ТАЛАПТАР:

  • Жоғары авиациялық техникалық білім.
  • ERP жүйесін олардың міндеттерін орындау үшін жеткілікті мөлшерде білу (сынақ мерзімі аяқталғанға дейін).
  • ETSU / ATC шешкен міндеттер шеңберінде байланыс, хат алмасу, авиациялық техникалық құжаттарды түсіну үшін жеткілікті деңгейде ағылшын тілін білу.
  • Тәжірибелі қолданушы деңгейінде MS Office және Adobe Acrobat компьютерлік қосымшаларын білу.
