Compliance Monitoring Manager, Flight Operation

Develop and maintain audit schedules and report processes ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and Qazaq Air requirements;

Research relevant reference documentation and airline specific regulations (RoK CAC, EASA, IOSA etc.) to ensure compliance;

Audit checklists based on the above and previous audit experiences;

Conduct the audit, define and report findings, achieve agreement on corrective actions to be taken and complete iQSMS updates as required;

Run trend analysis reports on all audits and provide related reports to the Head of Compliance Monitoring for review;

Assist the Head of Compliance Monitoring in ensuring that process/procedure manuals are up-to-date and relevant as well as in the development and delivery of training presentations on the Compliance Monitoring system across all Flight Operations, DSP and CAB areas;

Assist the Head of Compliance Monitoring in convening regular management reviews;

Ensure Quality awareness through internal communication;

Ensure effective liaison with regulatory authorities and other operationally relevant external entities, while maintaining and controlling all Compliance Monitoring related records in an easily accessible manner;

Manage data through the iQSMS system, act as the primary system administrator and contribute towards timely system developments.

Minimum 2 years in Flight Operations;

CPL license;

PC and MS Office literacy;

Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices;

Knowledge of quality systems;

Knowledge of applicable regulations (RoK CAC, DCA Aruba, EASA, ICAO);

Formalized audit training. IOSA auditor training certificate would be an advantage.
