Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the field / psychology / pedagogy / economics and other related disciplines;
  • Master's degree in HR or MBA;
  • International certification in HR;
  • Knowledge and ability to analyze basic economic and financial indicators;
  • Work experience in recruiting at least 4 years;
  • At least 2 years of experience in management positions;
  • HR Business Partner work experience, experience in recruiting, adaptation and training of personnel;
  • Experience in HR analytics, main HR KPIs;
  • Experience in drafting regulations, internal regulations and policies;
  • Knowledge of English (at least intermediate level);
  • Skills in conducting different types of interviews (interviews on competencies, assessment centers);
  • Experience in conducting trainings (soft skills), adaptation trainings, interview skills;
  • Experience in the development and planning of personnel (Talents);
  • PC proficiency at the level of a confident user (MS Word, MS Excel, 1C, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
